Yes! I am a fully virtual/online Macro Coach! Whether you live in West Michigan like me or West Virginia or western Alaska I can be your coach.

Yourself, the My Fitness Pal app, a digital food scale (I use the Ozeri pronto), and a can-do attitude!

Don’t worry, you don’t have to take photos & measurements every week, but bi-weekly is ideal! If you do not feel comfortable doing pictures you don’t have to! Measurements will help track progress as well.

You can sign up for as long or as short as you like, but I recommend at least 3 months. The first month is kind of a learning curve for you and your body as you learn about foods, get used to logging, and your body adjusts.
