Hi, I am Kathy and would love to share some hope with anyone out there dealing with a bad relationship with food. I am a 56 year old menopausal, thyroid under functioning Gigi. I found Coach Anthony because first he has been a friend of my kids, but what drew me to him on the food side of life was his amazing personal health. This man has always been so healthy and vibrant. When my son in-law started out as one of Anthonys first clients, I witnessed the program and I witnessed Coach Anthonys passion for the outcome.
I was so lost and depressed thinking I am going to be like so many other ladies, blame it on my age, continue striving myself, and just come to grips I was going to be a unhealthy overweight Gigi, I had given up any Hope! This is when is reached out to Coach Anthony and asked "hey if you want a menopausal lady who has done every crash diet out there, I would love to hire you as my Coach”.
We met, he walked me through the Macro life, how to track, ideas on what to eat, places to find recipes, what my goals were and how we were going to meet these goals. My goal was to be Healthy for my family and grandkids. This meant I needed to learn how to eat, which was the craziest thing ever. I started out trying to get my metabolism started, because all the years of dieting left me with ZERO metabolism. I tracked by protein (which I never had really focused on before), Carbs and Fat, every day. I was shocked at how much I had to eat, like where is this food going to go. Coach just kept saying trust the outcome, and surely the outcome became to show itself. Every day I felt better, I stopped focusing on what the scale said, and began lifting weights. Yep, never have done that before, and now the basement is a gym for many to come lift and workout in. Anthony has workout tips for me whenever I ask, since this is all new to me, and even offers to come workout with you to see how you are doing things, etc.
Coach was a text away all along this journey, helping me realize my body needs food to function. My first pictures were so hard to look at, and honestly still every photo shoot is hard, but this keeps me going. I send the pictures to Coach telling him how horrible they are. He always replies with great words, like “Wow, look at your quads”.
I am so thankful that I found Anthony and he has been with me along this journey to love food, and live a healthy life so I can chase my grandkids around! You won’t find a more encouraging, caring, passionate and loving Coach out there. Give Coach Anthony a try, and you will be so thankful!
